Neck pain
Stiffness after long desk days, and headaches that start at the base of the skull. Gentle adjustments, soft-tissue work and posture drills built for screens.
Common causes
- Hours at a laptop with the screen too low
- Sleeping on a tall pillow or on your stomach
- Stress that settles in the shoulders and jaw
A typical plan
- Week 1 to 2: calm it down with gentle adjustments and soft-tissue work
- Week 3 to 4: rebuild deep neck and upper-back strength
- Then: a desk setup and a three-move routine you can keep

Questions about neck pain
Is it safe to adjust the neck?
For most people, yes. We screen your history and movement first, and we use gentle, low-force techniques if they suit you better. You can always say no to any technique.
How many visits will I need?
Most neck pain improves within four to six visits. We’ll tell you after your assessment what we expect.
Not a diagnosis. Numbness, weakness, loss of bladder or bowel control, fever with back pain, or pain after a fall or accident? Get urgent care first.
