Questions owners ask us
What’s the difference between a bookkeeper, a CPA and an advisor?
Your bookkeeper records what happened. Your tax CPA files what happened. We use those numbers to decide what should happen next: forecasts, pricing, hiring, financing and exits. We work alongside your existing bookkeeper and tax firm.
How quickly can you start?
Most engagements start within two weeks. The first 30 days are a diagnostic: we clean up reporting, build the first forecast and agree on the three decisions that matter most.
Do we need to change accounting software?
Usually not. We work in QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite and Sage Intacct, and we’ll only suggest a change if it’s holding you back.
Is there a long contract?
No. Monthly engagements run month to month after the first 90 days. Projects are quoted up front.
