Report a claim

If anyone is hurt or in danger, call 911 first. Then call your local office. We’ll report the claim with you and stay on it until it’s settled.

While you wait

Prevent more damage
Cover a broken window or a damaged roof with a tarp if it’s safe. Keep receipts for anything you buy.
Take photos
Photograph the damage, the hail if it’s still on the ground, and anything that needs to be thrown away.
Hold off on repairs
Emergency fixes are fine. Wait for the adjuster before permanent repairs, and be careful with storm chasers who knock on your door.
